Evidence handling
Preserve the evidence; minimise the personal data
A useful complaint record does not require publishing a CNIC, full wallet number, OTP or private conversation. Originals stay private; redacted copies serve the review.
Do not send secrets
Never submit a password, OTP, PIN, card security code, recovery code or remote-access credential. Redact full CNIC, passport, account, card, wallet and phone numbers unless a specific official authority requires them through its secure process. CasinoCheckPK is not that authority.
Keep an original private file and a separate redacted copy. Redaction must not alter amount, date, recipient label or other facts relevant to the claim. Tell us what was removed.
What a correction request should contain
Identify the exact page and statement, explain the proposed correction, provide a current source and state your relationship to the subject. First-party records may receive greater identity weight but are still assessed for scope, date and authenticity. A marketing assertion does not override an official record.
We acknowledge supported factual corrections, update the review date where material and preserve cautious wording. We distinguish correction of fact from disagreement with analysis.
Right of response
A named subject may provide a concise response and supporting evidence. Publication depends on relevance, verification, privacy and legal review. We do not promise verbatim publication, and we do not publish threats, personal data or unsupported accusations about third parties.
If evidence shows that a complaint concerned a clone or different operator, the identity record will be corrected. If an official finding remains current, a response does not erase it but may add material context.
Data minimisation and retention
Submissions should contain only material necessary for assessment. Contact details are used to discuss the request. Evidence is retained only as needed for review, audit, legal obligations and defence of published facts. No guaranteed deletion time is promised; retention depends on review, legal and evidence-preservation needs.
Do not use the contact form for emergency, law-enforcement or bank instructions. Submit sensitive official complaints directly to the relevant body.
Security limits
No web form is risk-free. Remove unnecessary identifiers before upload and avoid evidence from a compromised device. A submission does not guarantee confidentiality against lawful process or technical failure.
CasinoCheckPK does not request payment to correct a page and does not appoint recovery agents. Report impersonation through the contact route and preserve the fake domain or message.
Dated official evidence
The table separates what each authority record supports from conclusions it cannot support.
