Documented contact route
Send a correction or evidence note without exposing sensitive data
Use this route for page-specific factual issues and first-party evidence. Banking, cybercrime and emergency reports belong with the relevant authority.
Appropriate messages
Use the form for a factual correction, broken official citation, first-party response, verified entity clarification or concern about how evidence is described. Name the page and statement. Explain your relationship to the record and the narrow change requested.
Do not use the form to report an active unauthorised transaction, cybercrime, unlawful content, threat or emergency. Contact the account institution or relevant public authority directly.
Prepare a safe submission
Remove passwords, OTPs, PINs, card codes, recovery codes and full identity numbers. Redact unrelated transactions and third-party personal data. Keep the original privately and send a copy. State the source, capture date and whether you own the material or have permission to share it.
Do not send a casino application, executable file or suspicious archive. A complete URL can be written in the message without asking the research desk to install software.
What happens next
The research desk checks page identity, source scope, date and relevance. A submission can be accepted, declined, held for more evidence or referred for legal review. It is not automatically published. Material factual corrections receive a refreshed review date.
No response time or outcome is guaranteed. Do not delay an official complaint while waiting for this desk.

Right-of-response essentials
A subject response should identify the legal entity, exact domain, relevant date and supporting primary record. If disputing a complaint, explain whether it concerns a clone, different account or resolved event. Do not include private customer data.
Threats or payment demands do not influence the evidence record. Supported corrections do.
Dated official evidence
The table separates what each authority record supports from conclusions it cannot support.
